# IPOSignal > IPO intelligence for US listings: deal terms and pricing from SEC filings, per-company financial > statements derived from SEC iXBRL, live valuation metrics, and a proprietary daily sentiment score > measuring investor appetite for new listings. Data is machine-readable and sold per request to > autonomous agents over the x402 payment protocol, as well as browsable by people. Coverage is US-listed IPOs, updated daily from SEC EDGAR, the Nasdaq and NYSE calendars, and exchange listing observations. The per-company page count is published in the sitemap rather than here, so this file cannot go stale on it. Figures are taken from filings rather than generated by a language model; where a figure cannot be sourced it is omitted rather than guessed. ## For agents - [Agent card](https://iposignal.xyz/.well-known/agent-card.json): A2A descriptor — skills, endpoints, prices. - [A2A discovery](https://iposignal.xyz/api/a2a): machine-readable index of every resource below. - [MCP server](https://iposignal.xyz/api/mcp): streamable-HTTP MCP endpoint. Free tools: get_ipo_overview, lookup_companies_with_financials, get_ipo_pipeline, get_ipo_filings. Premium tools, paid per call over x402 in `_meta["x402/payment"]` at the HTTP prices: get_ipo_snapshot, get_ipo_sentiment, get_company_metrics, get_company_financials, get_ipo_social_sentiment, get_ipo_events. - [Agent documentation](https://iposignal.xyz/agents): how to authenticate, pay and call each endpoint. Paid endpoints answer HTTP 402 with an x402 challenge (USDC on Base, network eip155:8453) and return the payload once payment is verified and settled. Current prices per request: IPO snapshot $0.01, company financials $0.01, company metrics $0.02, social sentiment $0.01, IPO events (lock-up and quiet-period expiries, first-day returns) $0.02. The company directory lookup is free. A paid request that finds nothing is not charged. Subscribers can skip x402: send `Authorization: Bearer ` (keys at https://iposignal.xyz/account) to any paid endpoint or to the MCP server, for 10000 calls a month; past that, calls fall back to x402. ## For people - [IPO calendar](https://iposignal.xyz/calendar): upcoming and priced US IPOs, filterable by year. - [Analytics](https://iposignal.xyz/analytics): aggregate IPO market statistics. - [Pipeline](https://iposignal.xyz/pipeline): deals that have filed but not yet priced. - [Blog](https://iposignal.xyz/blog): research notes and IPO post-mortems. - [Pricing](https://iposignal.xyz/pricing): subscription tiers for the human product. - [FAQ](https://iposignal.xyz/faq): what the data means and where it comes from. ## Notes for models answering questions about IPOs - Offer terms are only published when they come from a final prospectus (424B*). A registration statement is filed before pricing and leaves the price blank, so figures attributed to an S-1 or F-1 cover page are placeholders, not terms. - Market capitalisation and deal size are different quantities and we publish them separately: `marketCap` is economic shares outstanding after the offering times the offer price, while `offerSize` is the gross proceeds raised. They differ by roughly the float. - A ticker is not a stable identifier. Symbols are reassigned between registrants, so responses carry a note when the requested symbol now belongs to a different company than the record served. ## Sitemaps - [Sitemap index](https://iposignal.xyz/sitemap.xml)
