Company Description (Source)
We are a scientific parental consultation service provider headquartered in
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and provide our services under the brand Neucleus
Education. We started our operation in 2022 to provide scientific parenting
programs using advanced DNA testing and expert consultations to create
personalized child development plans to our customers mainly located in
Malaysia.
Business Model
The Company principally offers the following service:
(i) Scientific developmental assessments services
We provide parents with developmental assessment services that incorporate
scientific tools, including genetic testing and behavioral analysis, to
help identify children’s learning preferences, talents and potential
developmental needs.
These assessment services generally involve the use of a DNA testing kit
and laboratory analysis conducted by third-party service providers. The
results of the analysis are interpreted using scientific frameworks
designed to evaluate certain traits relevant to childhood development,
learning styles and behavioral tendencies.
Customers purchasing this service typically receive:
. a developmental assessment report summarizing the genetic indicators and
developmental insights derived from the DNA analysis;
. an analysis and explanation of potential learning preferences, strengths
and developmental characteristics identified in the report; and
. a one-on-one consultation session with a trained advisor to review the
results and discuss recommended development strategies tailored to the
child.
These services are typically offered on a one-time, all-inclusive package
basis, which includes the DNA testing kit, laboratory analysis, a written
developmental report and an advisory consultation session.
Pricing for these services is generally positioned at a premium level
compared to traditional enrichment or tutoring services, reflecting the
integration of scientific assessment tools and personalized consultation
services.
In addition to individual parents, we may also provide developmental
assessment reports to corporate or institutional customers, such as
educational institutions or organizations that integrate such reports into
their educational or developmental programs. These institutional customers
may purchase assessment packages in bulk for integration into their
programs.
(ii) Customized parental consultation and coaching services
Following the initial developmental assessment, parents may engage us to
provide additional individualized consultation and coaching services
designed to help them interpret the assessment results and implement
recommended child development strategies.
These consultation sessions are delivered by trained consultants within
our team who possess backgrounds in areas such as education, psychology
and child development.
During these consultation and coaching sessions, our advisors typically:
. review and interpret the developmental assessment report with the
parents;
. explain the implications of the genetic and developmental insights
identified in the report;
. provide guidance on parenting approaches and learning strategies suited
to the child’s characteristics; and
. offer practical recommendations for supporting the child’s educational
and behavioral development.
While a one-time consultation session is typically included as part of the
scientific developmental assessment package, parents may choose to
purchase additional follow-up consultation or coaching sessions to obtain
further guidance as their children grow and develop.
These services are generally offered on a per-session basis or through
consultation packages, depending on the needs of the parents.
(iii) Workshops, Seminars and Community Programs
In addition to individualized consultation services, we organize
workshops, seminars and community programs aimed at educating parents,
educators and community members on topics related to child development,
parenting strategies and the application of scientific insights to support
children’s learning and development.
These programs may include:
. parenting education workshops;
. seminars addressing child behavioral development and learning
strategies; and
. community engagement programs designed to increase awareness of
scientific approaches to parenting and child development.
Our workshops and seminars may be conducted both online and in physical
venues, depending on the nature of the program and the target audience.
These programs also support our broader mission of promoting awareness of
scientific approaches to child development while allowing us to engage
with potential customers and strengthen relationships with our existing
customer base.
Revenue from these activities may be generated through program
participation fees, institutional partnerships, or bundled service
packages offered to organizations such as schools, educational
institutions or community groups.
Revenue Model
We generate revenue primarily from:
. fees charged for scientific developmental assessment packages, which
include DNA testing, developmental reports and consultation services;
. fees generated from workshops, seminars and community programs,
including programs delivered in collaboration with institutional
partners.
